Every endeavour is made to keep stocks of all items and therefore they should be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, as these items are hand made and due to the unpredictability of demand we may be temporarily out of stock from time to time. In this event we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date and beg your patience.

We despatch by First Class Recorded Delivery to the UK. There is a charge of only £2.50 irrespective of size of order. Your order is insured up to £40.

Overseas

Our shopping cart only charges the UK postage charge of GBP2.50 and therefore once we receive your order we will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional cost of GBP5.50 for overseas postage. When we receive payment for this we will despatch your order. We apologise for any inconvenience that this technical problem with our shopping cart may cause. Please rest assured that your payment is secure.

We despatch by either AirSure or International Signed For depending on which service is available for your country. Orders are traceable and insured up to £40. Delivery is guaranteed to be within 5 working days using these services. We only make a single charge irrespective of the size of your order. Please note that customs charges may apply in your country and we are not responsible for any customs charges levied. These are solely your responsibility.
