Every endeavour is made to keep stocks of all items and therefore they should be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, as these items are hand made and due to the unpredictability of demand we may be temporarily out of stock from time to time. In this event we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date and beg your patience.

We despatch by First Class Signed For service within the UK. There is a charge of £5.55 irrespective of size of order. Your order is insured.

Overseas

Our shopping cart only charges the UK postage charge of GBP5.55 and therefore once we receive your order we will send you a PayPal* invoice for the additional cost of GBP15.30 for overseas postage (total cost for overseas postage is GBP20.85. When we receive payment for this we will despatch your order. We apologise for any inconvenience that this technical problem with our shopping cart may cause. Please rest assured that your payment is secure.

We despatch by either International Tracked and Signed or International Tracked depending on which service is available for your country. Orders are traceable and insured. Delivery is guaranteed to be within 10 working days using these services. We only make a single charge irrespective of the size of your order. Please note that customs charges may apply in your country and we are not responsible for any customs charges levied. These are solely your responsibility.
